Do you have a lost and found department?
If you have lost something while attending a show at the Music Hall call 214.565.1116. The operator will check the lost and found log-book for your lost item, if it has been turned in. Please include the day, date, and your seat location for the show attended. This will allow us to search a specific area. Also be sure to give a return contact name and phone number as well as a detailed description of the lost item.
Where is the wheelchair access to the building?
There are two wheelchair accessible entrances to the Music Hall. One entrance, which faces Parry Avenue on the West side of the building, provides a recently constructed wheelchair ramp. The circular drive on the North side of the building provides direct access into the front lobby. Extra wheelchairs are available to assist patrons to their theatre seats if needed. Arrangements for wheelchair seating should be made when ordering or purchasing tickets, as seats have to be removed and special ramps put in place.
Children Policy
We encourage parents to introduce their children to live theatre when they think the child is ready for the experience. We expect that parents will take into account the subject and nature of the show in question; the age, maturity, and interest level of the child; and would be considerate of the other patrons seated near them. The ticket purchasing policy for young children will vary according to each show or event that is held at the Music Hall. Please check with the box office or group presenting the event for exact information. Many shows require children over one year old to have a ticket for admittance to the theatre. Some shows or producers require all patrons, regardless of age, to have ticket in order to enter the theatre.
