Amici di Opera (means "friends of opera") is a diverse group of young professionals, between 25 & 45 years of age, who want to meet new people, learn about the opera, and explore a new entertainment experience!

Calendar of Events
By joining Amici di Opera, you are giving of yourself just as much as
you are enjoying yourself. With Amici, you'll get the satisfaction of
volunteering your time to help a good cause while still having a great
time at all of our events.
Amici di Opera Steering Committee – The steering committee is responsible for assisting with the planning, implementation and evaluation of the Amici di Opera program. The group also assists in developing strategic alliances and strategies for marketing the program to the community.
Special Events Subcommittee – Be the life of the party! The special event subcommittee assists in the planning and implementation of Amici eventsevents. From developing event concepts to welcoming guests, this subcommittee is involved in all aspects of Amici events!
“The Standing Ovations” – What could be more exciting than a standing ovation? Members of “The Standing Ovations” are responsible for welcoming special guests and community groups at receptions and opera performances. These volunteers also assist TDO staff in raising awareness of the opera by serving as a resource for guests.
